- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was a customer for many years with my business accounts. Had a bad experience on a claim with no contact with anyone in their office to assist. Decided to move my policies. Transferred my policy July 16th, 2015, requested they cancel my policy and issue a refund on my paid premium. After several weeks of getting the run around, they finally responded to our request mid August. As of September 11th, I have still yet to receive my refund of over 10K.
