  It was totally worth it to come out. At first, I was nervous to join the trip but it's great even for beginners. As long as you follow the guide's instructions to lean inwards and keep foot wedged under the raft seat, you will be fine. I definitely had a blast. Mike Rosenthall(?, can't remember last name- man with curly blonde hair and cowboy hat)-- he did an awesome job leading our raft. He made sure everyone was comfortable, but also challenged us to take on some adventurous rapids. Based on his assessment of our team's skills, he led us through the harder side on some of the rapids. Plus, you get to learn a lot about the history of the place as well other scientific facts of the area. Mike is very knowledgeable... In short, enjoyed the rapids, the views, lunch, and the people there. It was so fun! I'd definitely sign up again and I would highly recommend this place to anyone else who wants a day out in the sun.
