  I lived here for two years while attending NAU. Overall, Aspen Leaf was a pretty good place. If you want convenience and don't mind paying more to live in a relatively older complex, I recommend checking it out. Pros: -Nearby campus and downtown -Quiet community -Good maintenance response time -Spacious bedrooms -Nearly soundproof walls -Grounds are well-kept and add to the community atmosphere -Ample number of parking spaces -Friendly management that effectively communicates expectations Cons: -Dilapidated cabinets and countertops (they're getting replaced soon, I heard) -Like most Flagstaff apartments, it's expensive relative to quality of amenities provided -The fitness center is a treadmill, elliptical and a multipurpose machine in a tiny room -Strangely enough, my bedroom door could not be locked from the outside (no outside keyhole) -Laundry Center frequently has several out-of-order machines
